My work is based upon 35 years of experience in education and more than 60 years of life experience. The speaker creates images in the mind of the listener that are as real and vivid as an actual experience. This is true, whether the information is related to sales, instruction, entertainment, motivation, inspiration, or any number of other specific purposes.

Speaking is only one side of the communications equation. Effective listening skills and the ability to offer useful feedback are just as important. Affirming a speaker's strengths and offering suggestions in any area which could be improved has been proven invaluable in business settings as well as other educational environments.

Leadership has to do with the ability to delegate, to manage time, to engage in critical thinking, to give feedback, to plan, to organize, to facilitate, to motivate, to mentor and to build teams among other skills.
